ISMIRA AGENCY is recruiting a Waiter/Waitress to join Oceania and Regent Cruises. The role delivers attentive service in premium venues, using friendly, courteous, and professional interaction with guests.

A strong knowledge of the menu and service standards is essential for an elevated dining experience. Required are advanced English, 3+ years in high-end dining or luxury hotels, excellent knowledge of international cuisine, and the ability to work with guests from diverse nationalities.

Qualifications

• Advanced level of English is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in high-level restaurants or 4-5* hotels/resorts.
• Excellent knowledge of international cuisine.
• Ability to deal with guests from different nationalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service according to the restaurant destination, portraying attitude, body language and etiquette.
• Connect with guests to enhance the guest experience as per the destination.
• Provide personalized service using guest names.
• Maintain clean and orderly tables.
• Set up, organize and clean assigned station according to PH standards.
• Prepare mise-en-place to ensure readiness for guests.
• Greet guests at table and assist with seating.
• Offer the menu and provide recommendations.
• Possess full knowledge of the menu and service procedures.
• Assist head waiter and manage dessert orders for large tables.
• Demonstrate knowledge of beverages, wines, and spirits.
• Take all hot beverages orders.

The Waiter/Waitress provides and maintains the service standards using friendly, courteous, and professional service in any assigned venue.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide personalized service according to the restaurant destination (themes), portraying at all time the attitude, body language and verbal etiquette in relation of the destination.
• Use every opportunity to connect with the guest in order to create and enhance the guest experience as per the destination.
• Provide personalized service, using guest names.
• Maintain clean and orderly tables.
• Set up, organize and clean assigned station according to PH standards
• Prepare mise-en-place to ensure that assigned station is ready when guests arrive.
• Greet guest at table as they arrive, pulling out the chair for ladies.
• Offer the menu.
• Provide guests with personal self-introduction.
• Possess full knowledge of the menu, and provide menu explanation and recommendations (Daily Special)
• Possess full knowledgeable of service procedures and standards.
• Assisting the head waiter in all aspects of the service as well as taking dessert orders whenever possible and assisting with large table
• Possess knowledge of beverages, wines, spirit
• Take all hot beverages order.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced level of English
• Minimum 3 years of experience in high level restaurant or 4-5* hotels/resorts
• Excellent knowledge of international cuisine.
• Ability to deal with guests from different nationalities.
• Minimum age is 21 years old.
• No visible tattoo
