The Nature Conservancy is seeking an Associate Director of Development I to lead donor engagement and multi-year fundraising strategies. You will build and manage a portfolio, cultivate relationships, and lead asks to support global and local priorities.

The role requires travel, flexible hours, and collaboration with field teams and the Worldwide Office. This is a chance to advance conservation work by securing gifts, including non-cash gifts, and to recognize donors while growing future

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of fundraising experience.
• Proven track record of cultivating and closing gifts at $25k+ from diverse donors.
• Experience managing multiple prospects with strong donor stewardship.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage a portfolio of qualified donors to meet funding needs.
• Coordinate multi-year fundraising strategies for corporate, foundation, and individual donors.
• Conduct direct asks and close gifts of $25k or more.
• Collaborate with field and Worldwide Office partners; travel frequently.
• Utilize donor database and assist in proposal development.
