Under the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, you will maintain common areas, pool deck, beach areas, grounds, and equipment to a high standard while assisting with events and basic repairs. This is a full-time, on-site role with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service abilities and conflict resolution.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and TOPS software.
• Reliable, flexible, and dependable in a quick-moving environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Drug screening and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas and facilities.
• Perform daily janitorial tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting.
• Arrange pool deck and outdoor furniture for neat appearance.
• Assist with basic repairs and report safety concerns.
• Support events, deliveries, and contractor access.
• Monitor trash, recycling, and odor control.
• Provide courteous service to residents, guests, and staff.
• Follow safety rules and supervisor instructions.
• Complete work orders and inspections with maintenance staff.
