Turnberry Ocean Colony is seeking a dedicated culinary professional to join its luxury kitchen team in sunny Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt role focused on delivering exceptional dining experiences to residents and guests.

You will prepare ingredients, execute daily menus, and collaborate with the head chef to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety in a premium hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meal ingredients as directed by the head chef, senior chef, or other staff.
• Prepares fresh produce by peeling, cutting, and portioning.
• Cooks meat, fish, or poultry to a safe temperature; prepares simple dishes.
• Mixes or prepares condiments, dressings, and sauces.
• Cleans and stores ingredients; assists with loading and storage of supplies.
• Develops and maintains food records regarding use and expenditures.
• Maintains compliance with health, safety, and hygiene codes and standards.
• Open/close kitchen SOPs; supports safe work habits and environment.
