Eau Resort & Spa Palm Beach is seeking an Outdoor Dining Food Runner to join our oceanfront property in Manalapan, FL. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, supporting servers, and maintaining a pristine dining environment.

Ideal candidates are reliable, with prior food service experience, able to work AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays, and capable of lifting items as part of daily duties. This is a full-time position at Breeze Ocean Kitchen.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective communication with guests and staff.
• Legible communication is required.
• Certification in liquor, wine and food service.
• Alcohol awareness certification.
• Food Handlers certification.
• Ability to understand guest service needs.
• Be organized and able to serve multiple guests efficiently.
• Transport food items to bar, dining room and lounge as needed.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Team player and able to work with co-workers.
• Ability to lift and transport items of varying weights.

Responsibilities

• Service guests and assist with functions for servers.
• Deliver food to guest tables according to hotel standards, courteously and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining the restaurant, pool area and equipment.
• Provide lateral service when necessary.
