Qualifications

• Several years of private club or upscale hotel experience.
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Escort members and guests to front desk, guestroom or other facilities.
• Assist with luggage and personal items for members and guests.
• Support registration process and deliver messages/room service orders.
• Supervise valet service and maintain auto-key records.
• Provide information on local attractions and transportation.
