Job summary

Kingston Resorts, including Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach, seeks a full-time Activities/Lifeguard Supervisor at Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach in Myrtle Beach, SC. The role supervises lifeguards, activities, and cabana staff and ensures guest satisfaction with recreation services.

Responsibilities include planning activities, training staff, managing scheduling, and delivering a high standard of guest-facing service. Medical/dental benefits and other perks are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be a strong swimmer and pass the Red Cross swim test.
• Experience in supervising lifeguard, activities and cabana staff preferred.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and lead regular department meetings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and conduct activities for guests.
• Oversee maintenance of pool deck recreation equipment and facilities.
• Process billing for recreation and activities.
• Interview, train, and monitor performance of lifeguards, activities, and cabana staff.
