Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare entrées and menu items for hotel restaurant and catering events.
• Set up stations for service 15 minutes before shift; maintain clean, organized work area.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation to spec.
• Follow recipes, safety guidelines, and report equipment issues promptly.
• Assist with inventory, receiving of Food & Beverage items, and coworker support.
