Radiant Logistics Inc. is seeking an Ocean Import Operations Specialist in Renton, WA. The role manages ocean import shipments from origin to delivery, handling documents, customs coordination, carrier payments, trucking, tracking and billing with day-to-day independent decision-making.

The position requires at least 3 years in international ocean import freight forwarding and a high school diploma. On-site, full-time hours with a competitive hourly wage are offered, along with comprehensive

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in international ocean import freight forwarding.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of SAP or CargoWise; basic MS Office tools.

Mansioni

• Prepare ocean import arrival notices.
• Deliver documents to the customs broker on time for clearance.
• Get booking documents from overseas agents and offices.
• Pay steamship lines and CFS warehouses for ocean freight and charges.
• Create load tenders and follow up with providers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Enter POD data and follow up with truckers.
