Responsibilities

• Owns the P&L within the specific area of control.
• Drive growth in local markets and improve customer satisfaction and retention through regular visits and superior service.
• Escalation point for customer complaints and special requests; coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Ensure service quality and operational excellence by monitoring performance and driving process improvements.
