Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ocean freight processes including booking and delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding ocean shipments.
• Coordinate with shipping lines and manage schedules.
• Monitor shipment status and communicate delays.
• Handle freight quotations and service inquiries.
