The Department of Ocean Engineering, College of Engineering at Texas A&M University invites applications for one full-time, non-tenured faculty position at the lecturer, senior lecturer, instructional assistant professor, instructional associate professor, or instructional professor level with a 9-month academic appointment.

The successful applicants will teach primarily at the undergraduate level in the areas of fluid mechanics, wave mechanics, coastal engineering, lab and field experiences,

Competenze

• Doctoral degree in engineering or related field, or a master's with significant teaching experience.
• Significant college-level teaching experience and commitment to mentoring undergraduates.

Mansioni

• Teach undergraduate courses in fluid mechanics, wave mechanics and coastal engineering.
• Develop and support undergraduate degree programs and capstone design experiences.
• Advise and mentor undergraduate students and participate in department activities.
