University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Colorado is seeking an Open Rank OCD IOP Therapist for the Department of Psychiatry. The clinician will run IOP groups, provide 30-minute check-ins, and perform ERP-based exposures for OCD patients, within a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers a hybrid schedule, open rank tracks (Instructor to Senior Instructor) based on experience, and participation in program development, quality initiatives, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Open rank faculty position; rank determined by experience and qualifications.
• Experience with ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) preferred or willingness to learn.
• Ability to run IOP groups and provide brief 30-minute check-ins.
• Experience in coordinating care across inpatient/outpatient settings is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide multiculturally sensitive behavioral health assessment and psychotherapy.
• Run IOP groups focusing on psychoeducation, skills, and experiential activities.
• Manage insurance authorizations and peer reviews for denials.
• Chart visits in the EMR and assist in discharge planning.
• Participate in ERP-based group programs and team meetings.
