Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team in Wisconsin. The OTA will work under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist and be part of a growing team, assisting in treating patients according to individualized plans of care.

You will support treatment sessions, document patient progress, and communicate with therapists and facility staff to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuous care for patients in our program.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With guidance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
