Enhance Rehabilitation in Belvidere, Illinois is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant to work under an Occupational Therapist to deliver patient-specific treatments and support rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment
