Job summary

Responsibilities include documenting patient progress, preparing discharge summaries, and coordinating with the care team to adjust plans based on outcomes and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active state licensure/certification as OTA.
• Excellent patient communication and listening skills.
• Ability to develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and medical history.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction by observing patients and discussing symptoms.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coach patients in exercises.
• Maintain patient progress notes in electronic health records.
• Provide discharge summaries and coordinate with health team regarding patient progress.
