• Monitor patients' progress and document treatment plans.
• Communicate with the OT and other healthcare professionals to develop plans.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Participate in team meetings and care plan development.
• Adhere to safety and infection control procedures.
