Job summary

Nationwide Healthcare Services is seeking clinicians to join our rehabilitation departments in the Wilmington and Hockessin Delaware areas. Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN positions are available.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, developing care plans, providing direct treatment per physician orders, and supervising assistants and students. Strong documentation and adherence to reimbursement regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited program approved by their professional association.
• Current licensure by the applicable state agency.
• Clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under a physician's order, provides direct resident treatment per an established care plan.
• Treatments may include individual, concurrent and group modalities.
• Provide supervision for assistants, students and support personnel per state requirements.
• Document services in Rehab Optima on a timely basis.
• Participate in clinical program development and quality improvement activities.
• Assist in training and orientation of staff, students and volunteers.
