Nationwide Healthcare Services in the Wilmington and Hockessin Delaware areas is seeking clinicians to join our rehabilitation departments. We have Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN positions available. Under a physician’s order, provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.

Treatment modalities may include; individual, concurrent and group. Graduated from an accredited program and current state licensure are required.

Qualifikationen

• Graduated from an accredited program approved by their professional association.
• Current licensure by the applicable state agency.

Aufgaben

• Evaluates residents and develops appropriate care plans.
• Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Under a physician’s order, provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Documents services provided within Rehab Optima on a timely basis.
• Demonstrates consistent knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations.
• Exhibits courtesy, compassion and respect to residents, families, caregivers, visitors, physicians, administrators, and co-workers in each interaction.
• Participates in clinical program development and implementation.
• Contributes to the team meeting and decision-making process as defined by the program.
• Responsible for service and operational excellence of all assigned activities to ensure the delivery of quality outcomes.
• Participates in the training and orientation of other staff, students and volunteers.
• Participates in quality improvement activities as needed.
• May perform additional administrative duties like: assigning and overseeing resident care activities, medical record oversight, assuring execution of physician orders, ordering supplies, etc.
