Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide services under the supervision of a licensed OT in Oregon. You will help patients develop and restore functional independence.

You will implement therapy interventions per the OT plan of care and document patient progress accurately and timely. Responsibilities include educating patients and families, communicating patient status to the supervising OT, and following all safety, infection control, and compliance

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Active state COTA license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills.
