Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will assist in treating patients according to individualized plans of care.

You will help develop and implement treatment programs, support patients through therapy sessions, and record patient conditions and responses after each visit while maintaining open communication with the OT, Rehab Director, and facility staff.

Qualifikationen

• Provide quality treatment and help achieve functional outcomes.
• Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs with OT guidance.
• Assist patients with all phases of occupational therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record conditions and responses after each visit.
• Maintain continuous communication with the OT, Rehab Director or staff.
• Operate standard occupational therapy equipment.
