Virginia's Community College System is looking for part-time Occupational Therapy Assistant Program Adjunct Faculty to teach OTA courses at Virginia Western Community College. Responsibilities include delivering instructional content, preparing assessments, and participating in curriculum development.
The ideal candidate will have an active Virginia license as an Occupational Therapist or OTA and a minimum of three years of clinical experience.
Occupational Therapy Assistant Program Adjunct Faculty (Part-Time) – Virginia Western Community College
The role involves teaching face‑to‑face occupational therapy assistant (OTA) course content to students, participating in curriculum development, and evaluating student performance. Responsibilities are assigned on a course‑by‑course, semester basis, with primarily daytime classes scheduled during typical business hours. The position may also require additional duties as assigned, including support during emergency declarations by the Governor.
