Concept Rehab in Cedarburg, WI is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team on a PRN basis. You will provide therapy under supervision, helping patients regain independence and function, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, strong team support, and opportunities for CEUs and professional growth. Wisconsin licensure is required or ability to obtain.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Wisconsin OTA license/certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused.
• Previous skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, cognition, functional skills, and independence with daily activities.
• Follow individualized plans of care and monitor patient progress.

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Concept Rehab is looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team on a PRN/as-needed basis in Cedarburg, WI.
