Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) In House

Join Evolve Therapy Services, LLC as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) at our partner facility in Mount Sterling, KY. We are hiring compassionate therapists for our in-house Skilled Nursing Facility.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN
• Purpose: To plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy services in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, ensuring high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident screenings to determine appropriate interventions.
• Perform treatments based on established plans, following goals set by supervising therapists.
• Communicate evaluation findings, treatment plans, and recommendations to residents, families, and team members.
• Establish therapy schedules in collaboration with the team.
• Ensure proper documentation and billing of services.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to effectively treat patients.
• Maintain compliance with CMS documentation standards daily.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active OTA licensure in applicable state(s).
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.
