Pay Range: $30.00/hr - $35.00/hr (based on experience and skills)

Job Purpose

To plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy Services in a Skilled Nursing Facility, ensuring high-quality resident care in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine appropriate interventions.
• Implement treatment plans based on established goals and supervise therapists as needed.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment recommendations to residents, families, and team members.
• Coordinate therapy schedules with team members.
• Ensure proper documentation and billing of services.
• Perform other duties as assigned to effectively treat patients.
• Maintain compliance with CMS documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current licensure or license-eligible as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the practicing state(s).
