Job summary

AVIR AT Golfcrest, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility in Houston, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team.

The OTA will collaborate with an interdisciplinary staff to deliver patient-centered care, develop programs for dining, cognition, memory care and return-to-home goals, and participate in ongoing training and career growth.

Qualifications

• TX license to practice occupational therapy.
• OTA experience in skilled nursing/post-acute care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services under supervision in a skilled nursing/post-acute setting.
• Assist in developing therapy programs for dining, cognition, memory care, and return-to-home goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and participate in ongoing training.
