VITAL THERAPY - Avir at Cuero is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. You will work with a dedicated interdisciplinary group to deliver patient-centered OT services in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting.

The role offers opportunities to develop programs in dining, ADLs, cognition and memory care, plus ongoing training and career growth within our growing Texas network.

Qualifications

• Current TX license is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services as part of an in-house therapy team.
• Develop and implement OT programs in dining, ADLs, cognition, memory care, and functional maintenance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and support patient goals and return-to-home plans.

AVIR at Cuero, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is currently seeking a full time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek an OTA who is passionate about delivering the best possible care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy, inter-disciplinary team.
