Job summary

AVIR AT RUSK, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. We look for an OTA passionate about high-quality patient care and eager to contribute to cognition, memory care, ADLs and creative groups.

You will work within a fun, high-energy interdisciplinary team, with ongoing training and career development opportunities. Texas license required; competitive pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Texas OTA license.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing/post-acute setting is preferred.
• Strong collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to residents and patients.
• Develop and implement cognition, memory care, ADL and group activity programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists to optimize care.

AVIR AT RUSK, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek an OTA who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in cognition, memory care, ADL's, fun and creative groups, skilled maintenance and many more. In addition, we provide on-going training and career development opportunities.
