Job summary

Villa Haven, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehab center in Texas, is seeking a full-time OTA to join our in-house therapy team. You will provide patient-centered occupational therapy services on-site within a collaborative, high-energy environment.

We encourage development of cognition and ADL programs, fun and creative group activities, and ongoing training with career development opportunities. An outpatient program is in the works.

Qualifications

• Texas OTA license is required.
• Experience with orthopedic and neurological patients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site occupational therapy services as part of a multidisciplinary in-house team.
• Develop cognition and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) programs and lead engaging groups.
• Support the development of an outpatient program and contribute to ongoing staff training.

Villa Haven, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a full time OTA to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek an occupational therapy assistant who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in cognition, ADL's, skilled maintenance, fun and creative groups, and many more. In addition, we provide on-going training and career development opportunities and are in the process of building an outpatient program.

Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 90 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas and Tulsa, OK.
