Job summary

LYNWOOD NURSING & REHABILITATION is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. We treat a diverse resident population with orthopedic, neurological and cognitive conditions and support you in creating and implementing programs.

Qualifications

• Texas license required.
• OTA certification preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehab is a plus.
• Ability to develop and implement therapy programs.
• PRN schedules available.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy programs.
• Collaborate with care team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Perform clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Support growth of in-house therapy program.

LYNWOOD NURSING & REHABILITATION, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility located in a charming small town, seeks a full time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy program. We seek an OTA who is passionate about delivering the best possible care for our patients and residents. We see a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurological and cognitive conditions and are seeking a clinician who loves to create and implement programs to address these conditions. We have excellent nursing care in this facility and offer amazing support and the opportunity to build a program you can be proud of. PRN schedules available as well.
