Sterling Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Media, PA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Rehabilitation Team. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN shifts in a supportive environment with opportunities to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an OTA program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association and Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education standards.
• Valid OTA License and able to practice in licensure state(s).
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to patient care under the direction of the OT.
• Responsible for effective and efficient delivery and documentation of occupational therapy services as outlined in the residents' plan of care.
• Fully participates in patient care, staffing, and other related meetings, supervised by OT and DOR.
• Perform other duties as assigned to provide quality care to residents.
