RehabVisions, a rehab therapy provider in Kansas, invites a Full-time Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in Lindsborg. The role spans inpatient and outpatient hospital settings with a pay range of $28–$33/hour and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. New graduates and experienced assistants are welcome to apply.

You will implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with patients, families and staff while supporting program development and department operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant required.
• State licensure or eligibility required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising OT.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians and staff.
• Assist in general operation of the department.
• Assist with development of programs.
