CareOne in Beverly, MA is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab team. You will work closely with nursing and clinical staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Prefer-experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Provides rehabilitation care within general accepted practice methods meeting standards.
• Implements treatment plans as outlined by the supervising therapist.
• Maintains complete, accurate and timely billing records.
• Performs necessary clinical documentation to meet agency requirements.
• May travel to other facilities to provide services on a limited basis.
