Qualifications

• Associates degree in OTA from ACOTE-accredited program.
• 0–2 years of healthcare/clinical experience.
• OTA license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care per treatment plans created by occupational therapists.
• Support development and implementation of therapeutic interventions to promote independence and safety.
• Document treatments and progress in the medical record accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and safety precautions.
