Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Program (AOTA‑approved).
• Active COTA license in Florida.
• Valid Florida driver’s license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR.
• 1+ years of experience as an OT, home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality, and personalized care according to physicians’ orders.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and the Clinical Services Team.
• Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence after illness or surgery.
