Qualifications

• Degree or diploma from a certified OTA program.
• Active OTA license/certification in Florida.
• CPR certification valid at time of employment.
• Two-step TB test completed per policy.
• Auto insurance proof may be required for fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist Occupational Therapist in implementing treatment interventions.
• Administer therapeutic exercises to improve strength, mobility and function.
• Document training results and maintain patient records.
• Report patient status changes to the multidisciplinary team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
