Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine the best intervention or treatment plan.
• Implement treatment plans and follow goals with residents.
• Establish therapy schedules in coordination with the team.
• Document and bill occupational therapy services per CMS standards.
• Communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to residents, families, and team.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support patient care.
