Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Associate Degree program as a COTA.
• Currently licensed or eligible for licensure in Ohio.
• One to two years experience in a hospital or rehabilitation facility preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Demonstrated ability to keep abreast of new research and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provides occupational therapy services to patients.
• Re-assesses the patient’s status on each visit.
• Administers standardized tests and treatment procedures.
• Communicates patient progress to supervising therapist.
• Provides a safe environment for therapy services.
