Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT. You’ll support patients across a range of care communities with compassionate, high-quality care and adherence to Reliant standards.

You will work with a dedicated clinical team, participate in ongoing training and mentorship, and help ensure regulatory compliance while promoting patient progress and safety in daily practice.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.

Responsibilities

• Support patients under the direction of a licensed OT.
• Contribute to the OTA program's development and success.
• Enhance clinical, professional, and leadership skills through collaboration and education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on OT developments.
• Apply appropriate billing practices and delivery models.
• Deliver care aligned with treatment goals and outcomes.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively in English.
