Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our facility-based rehab team. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy to residents in an in-facility setting.

Graduate from an accredited OTA program, NBCOT certification, and state licensure eligibility are required. We offer a supportive environment with growth opportunities and a patient-centered approach to care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program as per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial NBCOT certification obtained.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow established recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to restore independence for patients.
