Qualifications

• Maryland OTA license or eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy interventions under supervision of licensed OT
• Implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility
• Deliver therapeutic activities for strength, balance, and coordination
• Monitor progress and communicate with supervising OT and care team
• Document treatments and progress accurately
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques and safety
• Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians and care team
• Participate in care planning and goal setting
• Maintain a safe, respectful treatment environment
• Follow facility policies and regulations
