Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care; develop care plans meeting regulatory and clinical standards.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments.
• Assist with standing, walking, transfers, and positioning; anticipate physical demands.
• Administer procedures as part of rehab plans, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, devices, and wound care.
• Counsel patients, families, and other providers regarding physical disorders.
