• Requires Occupational Therapy Assistant license.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary interventions.
• Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and wound care as part of therapy plan.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical disorders.
• Produce discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory requirements.
