Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapy Assistant works in collaboration with unit staff and the interdisciplinary treatment team to plan, coordinate, and implement group programming to meet patient treatment needs.

The OTA collaborates with the treating physician and treatment team to determine necessary evaluations and provides individual treatment as needed.

Requirements:

Associates degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Training and Experience: Experience in Behavioral Health or with specific age populations (geriatrics, pediatrics).

Special Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, creative, flexible.

Schedule: Open positions include Unit Specific, Float, and Partial Hospital.

• Riverview 2 - Short Stay Unit
• Riverview 3 - Intensive Treatment Unit
