Job Summary:
The Occupational Therapy Assistant works collaboratively with unit staff and the interdisciplinary treatment team to plan, coordinate, and implement group programming to meet patients' treatment needs.
The OTA collaborates with the treating physician and team to determine necessary evaluations and provides individual treatment as needed.
Requirements:
Associates degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Training and Experience: Experience in Behavioral Health or with specific age groups (geriatrics, pediatrics).
Special Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, creative, and flexible.
Schedule: Open positions include Unit Specific, Float, and Partial Hospital.
