Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant in Palm Desert, CA. The position requires an active COTA with NBCOT credentials and state license, and works within a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

You will administer therapeutic activities under OT supervision, aid in individualized care plans, and coordinate with a professional team to ensure high-quality outcomes while maintaining compliant documentation and up-to-date orders.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to apply.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA if required by state.
• Current California COTA license.

Responsibilities
