Rehab Advisors is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in Powder Springs, GA. The role supports an in-house therapy program within a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

You will provide OT treatments under supervision, help implement personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, and maintain regulatory documentation to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA‑accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Certified by the NBCOT as a COTA, if required by the state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome!
