Job summary

Rehab Advisors By Enhance Therapies is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting in Maryland. The role supports an in-house therapy program and emphasizes quality care.

You will diagnose and treat under OT supervision, implement personalized plans, coordinate with the care team, and maintain regulatory documentation to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher is not required; an AOTA-accredited COTA program is essential.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA is required by state regulation where applicable.
• Current state licensure as a COTA or eligibility to obtain licensure is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and properly filed.
