Job summary

Rehab Advisors, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You must be a certified COTA to apply, and will join an in-house therapy program.

You’ll deliver OT treatments under supervision, help implement personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements, and ensure physician orders are current.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Certified by NBCOT as a COTA, if required by the state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome!

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
