Renewal Rehab in Melrose Park, IL is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our full-time team in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

You will provide OT treatments under supervision, help implement personalized care plans, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements. New grads welcome with mentorship available.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA (state requirements may apply).
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome with mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.

• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
